Excellent tour through a typical Amish House and farm. Lovely animals are waiting to be feeded and huged. The bous tour through the neighbourhood with a lot of armish farms was informative and fun. We took a quick stop at a armish farmer marked to buy some jam, honey or wooden handmade stuff. Thanks for that experience!

Thank Sven S

Being from the west coast I have never seen Amish people outside from maybe the t.v. My mother in law found this place and we went. It was super cool! They start out with a tour of an Amish house and talk about the history and the religion, culture. I learned a lot about their life style. Then they have an area with farm animals the kids loved and then the school house. There are other places to walk to and for the kids to run around. They also offer bus tours, but we just wanted something simple becsuse we had the kids with us. It was pretty cool and very relaxing.

My wife and I had a very enjoyable visit, we booked the premium package on line very easily and arrived about 20 minutes before the bus tour started. The staff were great the bus tour was very informative, the driver lived amongst the Amish and knew many of them personally, and we learnt a lot about their culture and way of life. We enjoyed the Amish house tour and the ability to walk around the farm afterwards. We had a very enjoyable time. The whole trip lasted about 3 hours. This tour is not organised or run by Amish, but is done extremely well. I would definite recommend it.

You start with a tour of the house and then you are free to look around the different areas in the village. The tour was about 15 minutes and the tour guide was great. Very informative and answered all our questions. Clearly she has been doing this for a while. The house has a sitting area, kitchen then upstairs to the bedrooms then back downstairs for the tour of a cellar. Once the tour is over you can roam the village with its animals such as ducks, a horse, Mr Ed, chickens, goats and peacocks. There is a one room school house which was very interesting. They also have a few gift shops.
