This was our first visit to Rose Point Park. We stayed in one of the cabins, and it was fantastic. The cabin and outside of the cabin were in pristine condition, and we were very comfortable. Everyone at the registration desk was very nice and friendly and the store was well stocked. The entire campground was clean and well kept. I would definitely recommend this place and will return when we are ready to camp again.

We had camped here previously and were disappointed in the cleanliness of the facility especially the tenting area restrooms. In fact we used the facilities at the nearby McDonalds, but our plans were made spur of the moment and we decided to go back. We were very impressed. New sewage area and the restrooms were cleanEd regularly. The swimming pool was well maintained as well. Moraine Park as well as mini golf were nearby. We'll definitely return.

This is more of a very popular destination-family park than an overnight. The park is well managed with many seasonals and lots of activities on the weekend. Most sites are tight, level, shaded and short. Good dog park, nice swimming pool, playground and store. We were there over Labor Day Weekend and the place was packed with happy, well-behaved families. Water pressure and electricity were good in spite of the crowd; WiFi bogged down. No cable. No OTA and our Verizon hot spot didn’t work - but the bands on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights were terrific! (Big shout out here to the Manhattan Band: you folks were FABULOUS!) There was a marathon bocce ball tournament that lasted for more than 12 hours. This is a “make some family memories” park. If ever in the area – and we can get in - we will stay there again.

We were in search of a safe and clean place near Pittsburgh that wouldn't be too expensive or too far away (about 45min from downtown). After extensive research we came across Rose Point and it was perfect for our needs. We got a pull thru site, although it wasn't the most level, it did remain dry during a rainy visit. We pull a 25 ft travel trailer and didn't have to unhook and didn't find it difficult to maneuver. Our site was quiet and free of road noise, and although there were quite a few more permanent rv's, we didn't even notice.

The customer service is really where they stood out. So helpful (and friendly) about where to go, what to do, and sights to see. Free movies to rent on rainy days and an excellent store on premise. I wouldn't say that this was the most pristine place for an RV, but it was an enjoyable experience.

Everyone has different needs and expectations from RV parks, and this spot was just what we needed. Would come back again to explore more!

We stayed one night and the camp was ok. We have an RV and trailer that are about 53 ft. The pull through was pretty tight but the park staff was very patient and helped us get into the site and get out of it the next morning. Nice dog park that our dog loved, clean and grassy. Big pool but didn't go down to it. Cute little country store with lots of stuff. A little hard for this big rig to get into but we made it. Several permanent residents. There is an exotic animal park close by snd a couple of restaurants that looked decent.

We were glad to hear you enjoyed what we had to offer and some of the interesting local things to see. Not making excuses that the park was built in the late 60's and no though of what was coming. There have been so many things to renovate over the years. doing those sites will pose a real challenge. Hope you have many happy travels.
