appalling service from staff - reception hours are very limited , when i complained to staff about noise issues from neighbours who were shouting and screaming and slamming doors until 2:30am , they accused us of being the noise makers. walls are paper thin to the extent you can hear entire conversations from neighbouring rooms.
wifi is non existent, no phone service on site, balconies dirty i could go on! floor waste drain cover missing, only food onsite was vegan and not family friendly. avoid!! definitely not a wedding venue. such a shame, it has potential given the tranquil location but misses the mark in so many ways

Location: It is just off the main road but was hidden in the woods. An absolute hidden gem! Love the location! Very quiet and peaceful surrounded by trees and creek. Very close to Illawara Fly, Carrington Falls, Fitzroy Falls, and Kiama beach.

Room: we stayed in the VIP room. It is beautiful with a jacuzzi bath and beautiful funitures. The bed is very comfortable with very quiet air conditioning systems. Parking just in front of your room. Very convenient.

Facilities/ amenities: it is very well thought with huge swimming pool(with safe fence for children) , sauna, jacuzzi, playground, tennis court, pingpong table, bbq facility, plenty of couches and benches around the pool and in the woods. Huge space in the restaurant and very peaceful atmosphere.

Staff: the reception staffs, the chef and catering/ cleaning staffs are all very friendly and tried their best to help you. They all smile. They make special effort to meet your needs, such as if you need to check out late, if you need an extra chair, etc. The food is delicious and very authentic. They cook the breakfast for you - delicious and artistically presented.

Had such a good stay! The staffs are so lovely! Will never forget their smiles!

Room tip: the standard rooms have balcony and have access to the pools

Totally overpriced hotel. I paid $450 per night for very basic room. TV not working, fungus on the walls. No compensation for not working tv. They just don't care. Only the surrounding nature was nice. But not nice enough for $450 a night. Will not go back there ever.

Nothing but an extremely overpriced side-of-the-road motel. Yes they have a pool and some play equipment but we were completely taken advantage of, paid $480 for one night and what did we get for our money? A room that was unserviced when we arrived, no Wi-Fi as advertised, not even a phone in the room. Rooms were dim and basic, not even a tissue box to blow your nose. No family friendly options offered at the restaurant. Outdoor setting had a table but no chairs! Resort? Definately not! Highway robbery? YES!! I called to discuss only to be told manager was unavailable. I left a message for the manager to call me to discuss but no call back. Terrible service. After the year we've all had, it's not what you want to deal with.
