On a calm warm day the beach is like glass. Most enjoyable walking beach with lovely views along the way.

Great for all ages no big waves and fantastic for little ones, nice easy walks up to the end of the beach in both directions.

A beautiful white sandy beach stretching from Yacaaba Headland almost to where the Myall River enters Port Stephens.
Near the caravan park the beach slopes gently into crystal clear water which is perfect for children while towards the Myall River there are dunes leading onto the beach.
The number of dinghies upside down on the beach attest to the popularity of fishing in safe, protected waters.
As there is also beach access for 4WD vehicles, a measure of caution is advisable.

Part of this beach is accessible to 4WD vehicles but there is plenty of room for drivers and beachgoers. It also provides access to Yacaaba, which is the north headland to the entrance of the beautiful waters of Port Stephens
