KITCHEN - well equipped with everything you could need. Oven + hob, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, plenty of utensils, mugs, plates etc ....... Dining table + chairs in kitchen area
DOWNSTAIRS BEDROOM -- this is a twin bedroom with 2 single beds, new double wardrobe, drawers and bedside table/drawers .... large mirror, bedside lamp.
DOUBLE BEDROOM --- Lovely + bright + modern, double bed, new double wardrobe, drawers, bedside drawers, touch lamps.
TWIN BEDROOM --- 2 comfortable single beds, double bedroom, bedside table with touch lamp, mirror.
FAMILY BATHROOM -- modern white suite with bath, shower over bath, sink and wc, wall light over sink.
ALL BEDS ARE MADE UP FOR UP TO 6 GUESTS ...... our prices are for 6 guests
DOGS .... we can accept a booking for 1 small dog at certain times. Small charge applies.
Obviously dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Please inform us if you wish to bring a dog. It is important to tell us before booking, this is not always available -- as there are some periods when dogs are not permitted, especially if we have other guests booked afterwards who have allergies.
IDEAL LOCATION .... Beautiful Porthtowan beach is just a few miles away, Chapel Porth is nearby too, aswell as tevaunance Cove, this local area is an area of natural outstanding beauty, with amazing coastal walks to enjoy ...... it really is a photographers dream. We have taken photos of the local area and coastal walks.
Newquay is also just a few miles away, with amazing surfing beaches and attractions here ...... Fistral beach is the surfing capital, where many worldwide surfing competitions take place ! There is a multi million pound surf centre, with surf school, restaurants, bars, shops etc ...
PLEASE NOTE -- we can not accept bookings for groups of teenagers.
We can provide travel cot for a small charge.
Facilities close from November --- but we can still offer amazing value stays here (without facilities)
During the quieter months -- we can offer lower price rentals

This is a great central location in Cornwall ... ideal to get out and about exploring Cornwall ..... It is important to us that you have a wonderful holiday experience, we like to send free Cornish brochures in the post for you when possible -- this is ideal to get you in the mood for your holiday and plan days out etc. ....... we are always available day or night if you should have any queries or problems during your holiday.
The apartment is steps away from Reception. You can use the indoor pool (book in advance by the hour), get crazy golf, tennis or table tennis equipment. It costed £30 extra for the week. But we had lots of joy with our grandsons.Very well equipped shop in reception. The apartment has 3 bedrooms, 1 double and 2 twins. Well equipped, (no washing machine or dishwasher)in case you need that, but we had all we needed. Very quiet, slept well. Lots of dogs around but no nuisance. My doggie had a great time. 1.6-2 miles from Perranporth, lots to do there. Same with St Agnes. The owner, Jane, is also very helpful and answers back very quickly. No wifi in apartment but in reception. Restaurant also makes good food. Would like to go again.

Thanks so much for your amazing 5 Star Review ...... this is a lovely 3 bedroom property like you said ..... with the fantastic new huge children's play area right there .... and table tennis, tennis, swimming pool, sports bar and restaurant. ........ yes the resort charge just £5 each for Leisure pass for each guest if you want to use these ........ it is a lovely family friendly holiday park ..... and i was so pleased when you said it was yr grandsons first holiday and they had such fun here xxx How wonderful ........ there is launderette on the park where charges are very very reasonable for guests ----- THANKS AGAIN AND I HOPE YOU COME AND STAY AGAIN SOON xxx Jane

Enjoyable half term break
We booked here as it had a glowing review from others. We were not disappointed. The house was big enough, clean, comfy and had all the mod-cons we needed. The campsite had great facilities to keep everyone entertained. The site was in a fab position: close to the beach, great pubs and restaurants and access to other parts of Cornwall.
Jeff and Jane were lovely hosts and left us some biscuits and sweets for our arrival.
I would thoroughly recommend this place.

Lovely house, great for Family Holiday
The house was very comfortable, it was lovely for kids, there was lots of space outside the house with lots of grass for them yo run around. The pool was a real hit and it was a very safe area.

Great stay
We booked PerrenView for a extended period over the winter months, when we moved from the midlands to Cornwall. It was a lovely house to stay at, with 3 good size bedrooms and good living space. The place itself had playground right outside, swimming pool, entertainment building and good food. Easy to get to Newquay and other local towns has well. Would recommend.

Perran View House
A very well equipped and comfortable house. The site has many facilities and activities to keep the family entertained. The swimming pool is lovely and staff very friendly. It’s a couple of miles from the centre of Perranporth but you can do a spectacular coastal walk to St Agnes which takes about 40 minutes. The house owners are excellent at keeping in touch with information and suggestions for things to do. We were lucky enough to have gorgeous weather too - you can’t beat Cornwall in the sunshine!

Great Location and Accommodation
Lovely 7 Day holiday in Perranporth. The accommodation was lovely, spacious clean and comfortable. The location is ideal and is very close by car to perranporth beach (5min)

Jane, the property owner, was fantastic with communication and extremely helpful.
The cottage was cosy, and had all the basic facilities needed and in quite a handy spot for the club house and carpark. The site has a big playing park for kids in the middle and there are plenty of places to walk the dog. We found it very quiet and peaceful up there, and the staff were very friendly!
The club house is ideal for families with young children, but it is pricey for cooked food. The pool and sauna were lovely to relax in and the little shop was adequate with basics and quirky bits and bobs. There is a cash machine in the reception too.
If you fancy a trip in to Perranporth for the night, (which is a couple of miles away with hills!) and you want to take your pooch with you, ring Albatross taxi. Yvonne was fantastic, friendly, accommodating, and a very reliable driver. Every pub (except the green parrot) let you bring your dogs in, and also provide water bowls. We particularly liked The Deck, very friendly atmosphere!
Be warned though, there are not many places to eat after 10.30.
Perranporth is a beautiful place though and we loved every moment of our trip. Would definitely come back to stay here again!
