OPEN PLAN MODERN KITCHEN / LIVING SPACE ---- well equipped kitchen with oven/hob, fridge, microwave. Very well equipped with plentiful supply of utensils, plates, mugs, etc.

LOUNGE AREA -- LCD TV, freeview, channels, 2 comfortable sofas.
BEDROOM 1 --- double bed, double wardrobe, drawers, bedside table
BEDROOM 2 --- 2 single beds, bedside table, double wardrobe, lots of fab pictures of local beaches etc.
BEDROOM 3 --- 2 single beds bedside table, Double Wardrobe, fun seaside pictures
CHARMING HOLIDAY PARK - set in lots of gardens and grounds ... ideal to relax and play. There is a wonderful feeling of space here
If guests need to use facilities here then there will be a small extra charge by the Park at Reception. Many guests do not wish to use facilities and use the property as a base to explore Cornwall.
During quiet months (November to March) the facilities are not avail as the Reception building is closed -- we offer amazing value at this time when facilities or wifi is not available.
PLEASE NOTE : Ideally this property sleeps 6, with all beds made up for up to 6 guests.
When 8 guests are staying --- there is just the extra charge of £39 x 2
- to cover the cost of usage for the extra 2 guests ... This really makes it amazing value to have extra guests staying -- if you are happy to bring the extra sheets / bedding for the extra 2 guests ..... Please contact us about this as this is not always possible !
PLEASE NOTE - the dining table sits 6 guests ... the living space is ideal for 6 guests
We can on occasions accept 1 dog - we need to know if you would like to bring a dog .. we only accept a dog in certain properties and at certain times. There is a charge of £45 for 1 dog per week *PLEASE INFORM US BEFORE BOOKING IF BRINGING A DOG ... certain conditions apply

This property is not suitable for groups of young guests, no parties or loud music here. Only Booked guests can stay at the property, guests can not bring extra guests to the property.
We can sometimes accept 1 dog - we need to know about this in advance, we would need to know what breed. There are some dates that we can not accept dogs. . Our cleaning co. does charge a small fee for extra vacuuming + cleaning after a dog

Interaction with guests: We are always keen to ensure that our guests have an amazing holiday in Cornwall .... We have other properties here, so can accommodate large family groups. We do have other properties in Cornwall ... in stunning locations, some with sea views.
Please note that only booked guests can stay at the property. Guests can not bring extra guests to the property.

It’s a quiet small holiday camp. Nice swimming pool, and restaurant. Also Has a small shop. It’s a lovely place to stay. With everything you may need in kitchen.
Took a few drives around the site to find our holiday home, it is in the Center of homes, we were able to drive over grass area to unload/load the car, not sure what it would be like if it’s wet…
Please read small print, although it is advertised as 8 berth, it’s ‘comfortable for 6’ the 7th and 8th bunks are charged as extra, and you need to take linen for them.
Although dog friendly.. If you take a dog, it’s an extra £45 on top of £50 cleaning fee, to cover extra cleaning needed. Although It states dogs must be on a lead if out on site, I saw several dogs running around off the lead.

Thank you so much for you amazing review .... I'm so pleased that you had such a great Stay here ....... This is a lovely small holiday park .... meaning everything is so close and accessible for guests ...... many guests tell us about previous stays at larger parks --- where they have ended up staying miles away from the facilities / pool etc ..... which spoils their stay !! ... Everything is so close here which makes it so lovely and close for everyone ....... no one wants to be miles away from everything ! .... YES our charges shown are for 6 guests ..... so if guests want to bring an extra guest there is a small extra charge ... which makes it amazing value for families !! ...... And yes we can accept 1 small dog .... but of course this does create extra work for our cleaners ...... to ensure anti viral products are used after a dog has stayed ..... so the cleaners have to charge for this to ensure the comfort of future guests !! I hope you will come and stay again soon Mary

Absolutely Perfect ! Wonderful kind owners, nothing too much trouble !
We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed for a few weeks while working as Key Workers in the area, So it was very quiet on the Park and no facilities were open, but we really loved the property and enjoyed staying here. This is a lovely spacious bungalow well equipped with everything you could need, Jane was very kind and even let us stay for extra nights free of charge -- so we were very grateful. We would love to come and stay again in the summer with our children THANK YOU SO MUCH JANE

Lovely clean bungalow plenty of space for the kids loved how owners had labelled instructions on how to use pretty much everything it was really useful 😀

Comfortable for a family of four
We did not come on a holiday and stayed there close to a month while we searched for a house to rent. Therefore it was more like a temporary home for us than a holiday bungalow. As such, it served the purpose well.

Excellent facilities and communication from the owners. The bungalow had everything we needed and the site offered lots to do for both adults and children. The owners sent us lots of information before hand as well as a list of things to remember which was very useful. The property was home from home and offered all the amenities that you would expect to make your stay comfortable and welcoming. The welcome pack of tea coffee ect was very much appreciated. Would fully recommend.

Nice bungalow with good onsite facilities.
Nice 3 bedroom bungalow, it was perfect for our needs. Good onsite facilities (pool, sauna, tennis, kids playground, crazy golf) and evening entertainment.
We enjoyed our stay and had a great time.

Perfect family
We had a wonderful stay at Jane and Jeff's bungalow!! Furnished with evrything we could possibly need, and accessoried with a lovely beach theme throughout. Definitely felt like a home from home.
Just a short distance from all the places we had planned to visit during our stay, with fabulous on site facilities that our young family took full advantage of (especially the pool).
Jane and Jeff were easily contactable when I couldn't find the iron - highly important, I know lol nothing is too much trouble.
We definitely plan on returning, even with the 9 hour drive! 2 adults, 4 children and 1 baby = very happy xx

Ideal location, friendly helpful host
Booked through air bnb, stayed June 2017 with a party of 7. Jane was very helpful throughout the process and quick to answer any queries. Nothing too much trouble! She sent some useful brochures through the post to help us plan our stay. Bungalow based on holiday park not far from Perranporth. No children in our party, but site does have a family atmosphere with small on site pool and sauna, tennis court, playground, crazy golf course etc. Short drive to nearby beaches and nice coastal walk to National Trust owned cove (see pictures) definitely worth a visit. Very comfortable accommodation, with all amenities. No hesitation in highly recommending-thanks Jane and Jeff!

This is an amazing central area of Cornwall ---- Perranporth is a charming coastal town with amazing beach and surf school ........ fantastic restaurants and cafes, and ice cream parlours, bars shops etc .........
Everyone loves Perranporth ...... it really is a lovely seaside town with everything you could need for lovely family days on the beach !

St Agnes beach is also very close ...... this is a lovely beach with amazing cafe / restaurant right on the beach.
There are some amazing coastal walks nearby
