LARGE LOUNGE / DINING AREA ------- Large flat screen TV, FREESAT Digital Channels, plenty of seating. Patio doors lead to patio area with seating. Patio overlooks the pool area, always lovely and quiet, and relaxing. .... The perfect location to spend quality time with your family.
DOUBLE BEDROOM ---- double bed, Wardrobe, Bedside lighting, mirror.
FAMILY BEDROOM ---- Double bed, Bunk beds, Triple wardrobe, bedside drawers, bedside lighting.....
FAMILY BATHROOM ---- modern white bathroom suite, with freestanding bath, New Large Shower enclosure, WC, Basin, Storage unit, Large mirror -------
THIS LOCATION IS JUST PERFECT FOR FAMILIES ------ the beach is just around the corner, aswell as local Pub, Take away, Shops, Restaurant, Surf school and Surf school. There is pitch and putt / crazy golf just next to the complex.
PLEASE NOTE --- this property is a spacious bungalow, so can be good for disabled guests. Please be aware that all doors are standard width, so wheelchair would need to be folded to gain access through all doors.
THIS LOVELY MODERN PROPERTY IS ON THE SOUGHT AFTER EUROPA COURT COMPLEX, MAWGAN PORTH.
During the summer school holidays ..... we can only accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday ......... for 1 week ........... During any other time we can accept bookings for any arrival day.
ALL BEDS ARE NORMALLY MADE UP FOR UP TO 4 GUESTS, we can also arrange to have bunk beds made up for an extra 2 guests --
PLEASE REMEMBER TO BRING YOUR OWN TOWELS.
We can supply travel cot if you require this -- small charge of £15
At certain times we can allow 1 dog to stay, please mention this before booking as this is not always possible. Obviously dogs are not allowed on the furniture, and we do ask that owners bring doggie bed and doggie towels to wipe dry ...... and also lots of throws to cover sofas / chairs incase they jump up. .... Cleaning company charge £45 for 1 dog.
WE STRICTLY ONLY ACCEPT 1 DOG ! This is very important. If guests bring a dog without informing us, then access will be denied. We can not accept more than 1 dog at all.
Bringing a dog is not always possible -- so please mention this before booking ........
Certain conditions apply when bringing a dog ........ and we may have other guests booked who have allergies -- in which case we can not accept a dog at all. Thanks for understanding.

Great place!
We have been coming to Mawgan Porth for 20 years and this is one of the best places we have stayed. Literally a stones throw from the beach and amenities makes this a perfect location. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. We knew the pool wouldn’t be open but obviously that would be a fantastic plus in the summer months. Would very much like to stay again.

Holiday cottage
We had a fantastic week at this Holiday cottage its located very very close the beach and shops the cottage is great very spacious inside with all that you need and is right next to the pool which would be great in the summer so all in all a great stay and would highly recommend 😀🏄♂️

Lovely
I had a lovely stay in this bungalow. The place was really clean and comfortable, there was everything we needed to cook in the kitchen and a large fridge freezer was really useful. Nice large bathroom with a fantastic shower - always a bonus. We had a few chilly mornings during our stay but the heating warmed up the rooms really quickly.
We were kindly allowed to bring our dog and there was plenty of space for our dog crate in the living room without feeling cramped. All the beaches nearby were dog friendly and it was so nice to stumble out of bed to the beach every morning which was only seconds away.
Jane was always quick to reply to messages and always helpful.

Our Happy Place.
Returned again from another week at this accommodation. Thank you again Jane and Jeff. The accommodation was spotless. We love it here because ; it is a few minutes walk to the beach, local shops & eating places. The bungalow is perfect for us with; two bedrooms (1 double & 1 double + bunks; a well equipped kitchen; big bathroom with bath and shower; cosy living room with settees and dining table; and serviced with wifi internet and tv. I almost forgot, we also love having the outdoor seating and the pool ! We love staying here, This accommodation is just a part of where we all think of as our happy place.

Great location
A lovely ground floor apartment just a minute from Mawgan Porth beach.
Apartment is spacious and well equipped.
It is perfectly located to explore the North Cornwall coast which has many lovely dog friendly beaches.
Jane the owner is very friendly and helpful.
Excellent value for money and i would highly recommend

Fantastic bungalow dog friendly,close to beach.
Beautiful clean modern bungalow,dog friendly,lovely outside seating area,heated swimming pool on complex,pleasant helpful people,two minutes walk from the stunning beach,couple of great bars,shops,couldn,t ask for a more relaxing,comfortable location.

Perfect spot very close to the beach
Had an excellent stay in this lovely accommodation, they even agreed to allow my 2 well behaved dogs to stay. Had to take them off the complex to do their business but this was no hardship.
Accommodation is spacious, light and airey with garden furniture to sit outside, didn’t use the pool as felt it would be a little cold, only May after all. Very close to shops and beach which was helpful when my husband was unable to get out.
Friendly and helpful owners, wonder accommodation and wonderful place, will certainly visit again.

Great Family Accommodation
Lovely Bungalow set in the corner of Europa court, well equiped and (happily!!) totally weather-proof. The weather was awful while we there so we struggled to get towels etc dry as the only drying facility is a whirly-gig outside. Could do with either upgrading the washing machine to include a dryer or installing an independantly heated towel rail in the bathroom.

Yes there is the airers outside for guests to use ...... and there is the heated towel rail in the bathroom - but i can understand what you mean when the weather is wet ...... so i will make sure that i leave a clothes airer for indoor use at the property ............ we always listen to our guests and are always trying to improve things for our guests, to ensure that they have the best possible experience xxx I wish you had mentioned that you were struggling to dry towels Helen, i could have dropped this off for you ....... no worries though ..... Another lovely holiday

Lovely quiet village location ---- with an amazing beach, local pub, shops, take away and restaurant .............. the perfect location to relax and get away from it all. Also great central location just a few miles from Newquay.
