You don't have to be a resident of the attached hotel to enjoy their bistro but it's all the better if you are. We were served beautiful local food and drink in an intimate setting by friendly attentive staff. And the final bill was very reasonable. If you arrive early and the weather is agreeable then I recommend a drink in the lovely riverside garden.
