“we will be back for definate”
Reviewed 18 January 2013 for a stay in August 2012

we have just booked our return visit for this year, the children loved it so much we stayed for two weeks but didn't get everything we wanted to do done.
The cottage was immaculate, warm, safe tastefully decorated and in a beautiful setting.
our four children felt relaxed and at home,my youngest daughter loved the little room off the back spent hours playing pretend house.scones on arrival made us smile.
such a great holiday

Many thanks for your lovely comments, we look forward to seeing you all again in the summer! There are so many lovely things to do with children in the local area and we're very happy to help with suggestions and making arrangements (for example, kayak/surf lessons, bicycle hire, info on local beaches and their facilities).

“Lovely cottage, simply and tastefully decorated, very welcoming.”
Reviewed 10 June 2011 for a stay in May 2011

A wonderful and relaxing place to stay. Simple and tasteful decoration with wood floors and shutters. Very versatile accomodation. Spacious open plan dining/sitting area and separate garden room downstairs, with 3 bedrooms of varying sizes upstairs. Very comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom, with roll top bath.

A lovely welcoming tin of delicious scones, with cream and jam greeted us on our arrival, and a pint of milk was very thoughtfully provided too. Owners Fiona and Simon Fletcher were very helpful over the phone when we needed some advice.

Gweek is an excellent centre for visiting Trevarno and Heligan Gardens, the Eden Project, The Lizard etc, and though small, is well provided with village shop and post office, and pub serving food (which sadly we didn't have time to sample!)
