very enjoyable visit amazing amount of hard work has gone into making this museum a must see if in this part of Cornwall. This is second visit and still find the place absolutely fascinating. The owners are so enthusiastic and rightly so they have a lot to be proud of

Stayed in Davidstow and the museum is write on the door step, the museum if full of artefacts and memorabilia from the war. It was an air base during the war which was restored by an ex air force commander and they have done a great job on giving the public a taste of life during the war. It does not have the amount of aircraft you sometimes see at other places but the history of the place makes it worthwhile to make a visit.

We were staying Camelford, and the weather was terrible!
The museum is formed of several separate buildings - dry inside, but you get damp walking between them!
There was a lot more to see than we were expecting and all exhibits well presented.
Nice to be greeted by a salute by the owner, who is an interesting chap!

Have been aware of museum for some time but never visited. Was very impressed with it - so much to see and so well set out. We spent over two hours happily viewing the different exhibitions and displays. Staff were friendly and helpful and so enthusiastic. I wish them continued success

This is the rear of the 2 museum's but are unconnected. They are both worth a visit. The front museum deals entirely with WW2 and mainly history of Airbase. The rear museum(which is larger and will take up more time) not only deals with WW2 but more modern stuff and other bases etc. Make sure to sit through the cinema show. They are both worth a visit.
