The experience was good. The location was superb, the check in and out was smooth and the room, though small, was quite comfortable.

We arrived late at Heathrow Terminal 4 Premier Inn by taxi after our wedding as we were flying out early the next morning on our minimoon. After not being able to check in at the self check in machine someone on reception helped us and gave us a room key. We got to our room at about 10:45pm. An hour later we were disturbed by someone entering our bedroom. They had been given the key to our room as well. This was both unbelievable and obviously a huge security breech. Also it was our wedding night and we were both extremely distressed and highly embarrassed to have a stranger interrupt us. We'll never stay with Premier Inn again as we can't risk a repeat of this incident. Someone from reception called us to sort of apologise and we've heard nothing from Premier Inn since. I have put in a formal complaint through their customer service department.

Fantastic location, great signage for directions, no need to walk outside from the terminal as there’s a tunnel. Very courteous staff at breakfast and at the car park where we had our car delivered by the holiday parking company . Breakfast was good. Clean room. Good service. Will use again. Car park which we didn’t use is first come first served but apparently there’s another at park across the road that could be used but not for holiday parking.
