Don’t let the exterior fool you. It’s absolutely buzzing and happening as soon as you step into the reception area! We had an efficient and quick check in service. Smiles all around. Paid parking on site and a great little restaurant/bar on the first floor with an overly welcoming wait staff name Deepti. She is fun cheeky and sweet all at once! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is also a COSTA coffee onsite. We will be back,
I honestly don't know how this place has a 4.4 rating (when I looked prior to booking..) but unfortunately I cannot rate it more than 2 , as I waited 15mins in the restaurant to be served! Not good at all! Other customers who cam in after me were served before me.
Have stayed at PI T4 many times since it opened. Very hoid value for money transit hotel choice given walkway connection to T4. Staff great.
Arrived and was greeted immediately by friendly and helpful person - looking around there were plenty of staff. Check in was a breeze at the terminal. I grabbed a hot chocolate and yummy Mac cheese from the Costa and headed to my room. The room was clean, quiet, modern are very comfortable. Nothing fancy, but with everything I needed to be. In the morning, I asked for advice on getting to terminal five and the staff are brilliant and saved me lots of money on an Uber. Will definitely stay again, thank you!
I cannot praise the staff too highly. They were all very attentive and caring and looked after us very well
