I enjoyed my first stay a few months ago so much, I just had to return. The hotel has now become my favourite. The staff are very pleasant, and extremely helpful. The rooms have a bath, a iron, a hairdryer, a fridge, TV, and the most comfortable of beds....I enter feeling the stresses of life, and leave fully recharged.
And there is an excellent menu to choose from.
Booked this hotel directly with Premier inn site. this was the cheapest and best value.
Very friendly and helpful staff to check in, lots of staff available.
Only thing that was frustrating is the we followed signage from the airport Terminal 4 and then signage dissapeared. walked to the hotel along a very busy road which was unecessary as there is a direct bridge link from the airport. Apparently the airport will not allow proper signage.
Very good hotel. Came here before heading to Hobbledown Heath
Breakfast service especially good our area led by Jenevive viegas. Lots of colouring for the kids and they were given small toys at the table ;)
Definitely be back the next time we fly from Heathrow l.
