My wife and I visited Bridlington with family from Canada. When we opened the door to the apartment after climbing several flights of stairs we were greeted by an awful smell, which went away a bit on opening windows only to return each time we went out.
The apartment was extremely basic, not enough comfy chairs for 4 people. The bedding was not freshly ironed, though had been washed! The shower room to the double bedroom was in semi darkness with a light not working, no waste bin, no stool and no hooks for towels or clothes. The toilet seats had to be cleaned!!
The carpeting had very ragged edges in the doorway to sitting area, the Windows were disgusting with seagulls excrement. It really didn't look as though any care had been taken in preparation of this property for visitors and it was embarrassing to take our family from Canada there.

We were sent the wrong booking details our correspondence stated we were to stay in No 2 flat 4 when we arrived the flat was occupied we contacted the office to be told we had been sent the wrong details a little annoying to say the least. But with the help of Carl (on sight manger/cleaner)who bent over backwards to help and Jak at the office it was sorted out . The room was spotlessly clean and comfortable we had a lovely couple of days
