Lovely site and when we went had plenty of room around us. Only a short drive into the beautiful Marlborough and adjacent to forest walks. The only downside is no showers. We had to go swimming one day to have a shower but this is hassle. Won’t be going back until this is sorted. Also the toilets could be cleaner. If they can sort these two major issues out it would be excellent.

Nice walk through the woods.

BBQ areas, camping and a ice cream van in the summer!

Lots of little paths and trails great for walking the dog or riding the bike.

Went to the Forest for the first time today. Dogs loved it although I kept to the smaller paths to avoid the cyclists which my two collies would love to chase. Some amazing old trees. Managed to find 2 of the named ones. Quite easy to lose your bearings so I kept checking my compass. Will definitely go back. Lots of parking available when we arrived at 12:45 but a lot less availability when we left close to 2pm. Picnic tables all over the area near the cars so well worth taking a picnic on a nice day.
