“Easter break”
Reviewed 12 April 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We had a lovely 4 night break at the barn. It was a good base for our trips to Longleat, Stonehenge, Lacock and even a trip to the seaside at Weston Supermare. We had an enjoyable meal at the local pub, The Dumb Post conveniently located at the top of the road.
The surrounding countryside is beautiful and we loved seeing the lambs every day.
Kids particularly enjoyed the tennis court. Out of season for the pool.
Everything we needed was provided at the barn- washing up liquid, loo rolls etc.
Overall, an enjoyable break in a part of the country we hadn't visited before.

“Great accommodation in a beautiful setting!”
Reviewed 6 October 2015 for a stay in October 2015

We stayed at the Cherry Tree Barn for two nights while we were at a friend's wedding close by. The accommodation was modern and clean but also had a homely feel which we loved. Marion was a great host and gave us lots of advice about things to do in the area - we only wished we were staying longer! The family were so kind and there was even a bottle of wine in the fridge when we arrived! Marion's father in law also came to my friend's rescue when her taxi to the train station didn't turn up! We had a great stay and I would highly recommend the Cherry Tree Barn to friends and family, and hopefully we'll come and stay again!

“Great weekend escape to the country”
Reviewed 17 September 2015 for a stay in September 2015

Everything (almost) as advertised: modern, well-appointed flatlet in refurbished barn overlooking Wiltshire farmland and hills, friendly welcome from owner, and well-stocked kitchen etc. But - not as private as it looks.

“Beautiful, homely, modern barn conversion in beautiful Wiltshire”

We had a fantastic week in Cherry Barn Cottage. It was brilliant to have a tennis court right outside the apartment and use of the warm outdoor pool. The barn is beautifully decorated with all the mod cons and yet is in keeping with the natural scenery. We were very close to Avebury Stone circle and Avebury Manor - a must visit. Bath, Bristol and Longleat were less than an hour away. Marion and James made us feel very welcome and we enjoyed their rambling garden. I would recommend this comfortable apartment to anyone visiting Wiltshire and we hope to return.
