We stayed nearly 3 weeks over 2 visits in this little apartment and found it very comfortable for two people. Not sure how 4 would fit in though, it is very compact. The very comfy bed was massive and took up most of the bedroom! The kitchen was well equipped. The wi fi worked well and so did the central heating, but we had to step outside to talk on our mobiles as the reception was poor inside. The entry off the main road is a bit tricky and also easy to miss but it is good to have off road parking once you drive in. Our hostess was very friendly and helpful and the banana bread was very welcome! The apartment makes a great base to explore the area and you can just walk into Ilkley itself or down to the river.

Stayed here for three nights while visiting family and friends in the area.
Lovely apartment in what was probably the cellar of a victorian house. Very nicely decorated and very well planned apartment. Judy the owner was lovely, and has thought of everything to make the stay comfortable. The ground coffee and tea bags , banana cake a jug of milk in the fridge and fresh flowers on the table were nice touches,Washing machine, hairdryer , dishwasher and great WiFi too.
Easy parking for two cars and walking distance to pubs and shops.

This apartment is very clean, well decorated and contains everything you could need for a short stay. It is also conveniently located about ten minutes walk from the town centre, where you can find numerous tearooms, coffee houses, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets.
We stayed for a week and did not need to use the modern kitchen facilities, other than to boil a kettle!
The location is set back from a busy main road. I had no issues with excessive traffic noise.
The owners were very welcoming and Judith spent time with us on the first day to run through the facilities and equipment inside the apartment. The "user's guide" information was also printed in a manual for your convenience.
I have no hesitation in recommending the apartment and would certainly stay again if the opportunity arises.

Stayed here twice now so I thought I better put a review on. This is a lovely place to stay for a short break, it is clean and comfortable and like a home away from home, situated a 10 minute walk into town centre, there are some good restaurants and pubs within a short distance also a local supermarket. We have already booked to return again in October and the new year
