I visited this hotel as part of a group of friends / family attending a wedding in the area. While the rooms were neat and clean, the service from the hotel staff was less than satisfactory.
Several members of our group arrived around 3pm, and were advised in a rather discourteous fashion that their rooms were not ready. Thankfully one party in the group had a room ready, so that we could all change and get ready to depart for the wedding. The other two rooms were not available before we left for the wedding, and the rest of the party had to check in on their return to the hotel at 10:30pm. Unfortunately, at that time, they were not treated with much more respect that they were when originally arriving at the hotel at 3pm.
As mentioned, the hotel and rooms were clean and tidy, there was ample space in the lobby and in a small outdoor area for a group to gather together, it's just unfortunate that the customer service experience wasn't better.

In town for one night with two kids in a basketball tournament. Alex at the front desk is flustered and unprofessional. Called the general manager but got voicemail. 3pm check in time and still no news of a room ready (at 5pm). So disappointed and haven’t even been in the room yet.

This Courtyard Marriott is perfect for business travelers in the Valley Forge area. Great property with very clear and spacious rooms. The staff is super helpful and goes well beyond what’s expected to make sure your stay is enjoyed. It’s located convenient to a variety of shopping and great restaurants. Well done.....cheers.

You can pretty much expect the same high standard from any Courtyard Hotel. Clean, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and thick fluffy towels. This particular Courtyard had a very nice lobby atea for gatherings , guest computer area and a fire pit in the baxk courtyard. I stayed at Courtyard Hotels regularly when I traveled for business years ago and remember the generous complimentary breakfast. That is a thing of the past and the bill for a bowl of oatmeal, a breakfast sandwich and 2 small coffees came to $22. It was tasty but way overpriced.

Room Tip: Ask for a room along the front of the hotel (an odd number room) the rooms in back face the highway and you hear outside road traffic.

We have stayed here many times, and this time the housekeeping was not up to their usual standards. Our son was sleeping in a room one morning when the housekeeper came in a began cleaning the room while he was in bed. He asked her to come back later, and she never did. When we returned mid-afternoon and the room was not cleaned, the front desk told us that all the housekeepers had gone home. My wife was not pleased with the cleanliness of the coffee pot in our room also. Management apologized, but this is something they need to monitor.

Room Tip: Away from the highway
