So here's a switch, Trip Advisor says the owner, Vacassa, can review me. First, Vacassa is not the owner...just handles the property rentals. So, I guess I should l wait for that before I give my opinion. But, they should take into consideration that I fixed the garbage disposer, the ice maker and the lock on the front door ( needed a little wd-40 cause it was stuck so I could get it open). Unit 202 was very clean when I arrived and the heat was set to 70. No elevators of course. The owner, a Mr Dang, can be a real cheapskate and does not like to pay for the many repairs they require. So, get used to the somewhat tricky stairwells.
Everything else was just fine...in fact very good for a rental. One thing, the fire alarm goes off a lot...The volunteer fire people say that is in need of a checkup but is not required by the city. Luckily, the sprinklers have not gone off yet.
Most rentals are not perfect. Many rentals on the Oregon Coast are beat to death by the weather 9 months out of the year. This one has many nice things that over shadow the mostly small problems. I really do like this place mostly cause its a great storm watching place and very peaceful and reasonably priced. We will be back
