The foundation on this place is going badly, the whole floor of the house is sloped. Showering was like standing in a fun house.
Do not expect a good nights sleep, the mattresses are terrible on all the beds. The pull-out sofa is a joke.
The advertised BBQ is broken and rusted, the dial on the oven spins so you're never sure if it's on broil, bake, or off.
There was one measly plastic deck chair available for a house that supposedly sleeps 6. There was no basic cable to catch a Blazer game on rainy days, and no stock of movies. We rented from Redbox on the day it rained, and then spent ten minutes moving the one set of working batteries between three remotes to get the TV and DVD player to work.
The only thing saving this place is the fantastic view. It's a beautiful location, but the house is hell. It's currently on the market, so I'm going to go ahead and guess that all of these complaints and issues will not be addressed before the owners sell. Who's going to invest in new mattresses, appliances, and cable TV for their guests when they're trying to unload the place?
