Don't let this small floating restaurant fool you...it may be small in size, but it is huge in flavor!! Rob, the owner was super nice and treated my family with great customer service. Everything was really fresh. The clam chowder was super flavorful and the hand-cut fish and chips were perfect. So glad we found this place and stopped for lunch!! Thank you for an awesome meal!!

Reviewers tend to knock this place because of its service. Yes, it's a tiny floating shack at the bottom of a steep gangway. Yes, the lines--and the waits for your counter order--tend to be long. Yes, if you aren't lucky enough to snap up one of the three small tables inside, you'll be dining at a picnic table or bench back up on the dock. Yes, recently they ran out of salt packets. But the people are friendly, and any inconvenience dissolves into insignificance once you've tasted the food. The fish and chips are simply the finest anywhere--not so much the chips, which are standard diner crinkle cuts, but the fish, which is plump, moist, delicate, perfectly cooked, and swaddled in a light and crispy breading. Lovers of shrimp, clams, and oysters can get those prepared the same way. And before you head back up the gangway, you can buy several pounds of clams, halibut, or whatever other goodies were hauled in that morning from the boats docked nearby, and take them home for later. If you want a "dining experience," look elsewhere; this is just a place for great fish.

Sometimes around dinner time there is a line outside the door. We went for a late lunch so it was not too bad. The place is on a pier with some tables inside and picnic tables outside on the boardwalk. You can order take-out too. Order at the counter, fish and chips, fried oysters, halibut, prawns, clams. They do have salad and chowder. The food is fresh, good portions, fries and coleslaw are tasty. Not much atmosphere, but the food is good.

Yes this place is extremely small, yes it has only 4 tables inside, yes there is a substantial wait for your food, yes if no inside tables are available you have to walk up the dock and sit at picnic tables. However, it is worth the experience. The ambience inside is interesting and entertaining, but the reason you go is the food. This was to me the best fish-and-chips I have ever had and, the clam chowder was absolutely outstanding. Worth the crowded environment .....yes..... worth the wait yes .....worth the cost ... yes. If you want fabulous food you must go.
