We stayed in the cabins for the Easter weekend. Booking process was easy, online. We received a phone call the evening before we arrived, inviting us to the Easter brunch on Sunday, which I thought was a great marketing idea. Knowing we already had plans for Easter brunch I politely declined. I did, however, ask if they had a brunch on Saturday morning. The gentleman on the phone said they had a breakfast buffet which would end at 11am.
We arrived just after check in time on Friday and the check in process was smooth. Right up until I asked the clerk how much the breakfast buffet would be the next morning. She said she thought 11.99/person but to ask a server in the dining room. We walked in and asked a server who promptly told me there was no buffet the next morning. I mentioned that 2 separate people had confirmed there was and he hastily walked to the front desk and had a terse conversation with the clerk. No buffet and a lack of communication.
Our cabin was exactly what we had expected, having stayed there one night a few years ago. They are perfect for a family. The only negative was they don't have blow dryers in the bathrooms. Didn't know that and showered for Easter mass an hour before we left. I rocked the unkept look at church.

Grounds are lovely, and the stairway they have down to the boardwalk is great. We did have breakfast on Saturday, from the menu, and everything was delicious.
Check out process was a breeze. I do have to say, I wish we were staying for the Easter brunch because it looked amazing.
We will stay again.More
