Nice winter break to be able to get into the pool with the kid. Very clean pool and rooms. Staff was very nice. Lots of kids so it get loud when trying to sleep.

“Can this be our home?” were the words of my three year old. She loved her Wolf Den room, her Paw pass, the pool, the arcade, the dance party, the crafts and questing. It is a good hotel, willing to put their guests first. If I were to ask for improvement, it would be the cleanliness of the rooms and hallways. The hallways have a funky smell. And the rooms, it’s not clear whether they change all sheets when guests leave. They also could improve their brunch. Expensive and the food was disappointing. The regular restaurants is very good though! Despite these areas that could use improvement, we had lots of fun and love the GWL!

Visited several of these through the years, and cannot complain about any. Great rooms, very kid friendly and the pool experience cannot be beat. Room feels expensive but after you stay you will see the value since the room includes free access to everything.
