Went here on a Friday night, bookings are essential or you will not get a table (even if there are vacant tables) , it appears they only do 1 sitting per table. Price was reasonable for an RSL Club in Tasmania. Meals were very plain, roast was re-heated but the vegies were cooked. Chewing steak was served with chips only. Salt and Pepper squid was good but the salad was a bit a lettuce and a slice of tomato. Had a long wait for the meals - 1 hour from time of ordering. Very noisy with some banging on the table/s. Not a very good atmosphere - very uninspired.

Popped in for some schooeys and a punt. Beer was crisp and cold, atmosphere was great and the service was fantastic; quick and super friendly.

Do not eat here....poor food....have to order by 6.30 pm....Facebook page not current.
Surely a seaside fishing town could provide some fresh fish, fresh salad, perhaps a roast? If the chef’s clothing is comparable to the kitchen, then health officials should have a look! People are on the move and willing to part with their money for a nice eating experience....not happening here. Eat elsewhere.

Arrived on a Saturday night. Quite busy as not many options In a busy town. Felt like a steak, none on menu, couldn't believe it. Salad pretty poor, and meal average. Drinks expensive for an RSL.
Need to do better.

It was a pleasure to stop here and have a fill of a simple but tasty vegetable dish. The staff were kind and accommodating to my request.
