The wow moments start from the minute you first set eyes on your bubble, and do not stop. This is one of the most unique experiences you could ever hope to do. How amazing to lay in the warmth of your bed at night and be able to continue gazing at the stars. The site is well equipped with everything you could need, including hot water bottles and extra blankets (check the drawers under the bed). We were cozy warm in the bubble even though it was quite cold outside. And what a privilege to have the views over the ancient Capertee Valley all to yourself. Cannot recommend this place enough.

We were lucky to book a stay at the Virgo bubble before it was fully booked out. We booked in January!! The Virgo bubble has a wood fired bath located in an amazing spot overlooking Capertee Valley. I walked on the property and saw the other bubble from a distance and they also had awesome views. The bath works on fire convection so takes time to stoke up and get the heat going but oh so amazing once hot. The weekend we visited was a cold blitz across the state, in fact in snowed one day and this is the day we got the tub going. Robes are provided and whilst the tub is in the open it is private. Change into robes a quick oh my god how cold as a run to the tub ensues but worth it. Once in the heated tub it was just so luxurious and great way to spend a super cold day....plus some nice red wine went down well too. Some bath lotion is provided and it left our skin super soft and smelling nice.

The bubble itself is very well equipped and our bubble had heating which we learnt was recently installed. The heating was very warm and we felt super cosy. Still bear in mind the bubbles are located at 1100 metres so it does get cold outside, ensure you rug up so you can enjoy the fire and a walk on the property. We did not feel the cold at all and in fact waking up to the snow was just very magical. How often can you experience lying in the clear bubble super comfy and seeing the snow flurries. Even better just lying in the bed at night and looking up at the skies wow we were just mesmerized for hours.

We bought cheeses, deli goods, wines and nibbles, plus bacon and eggs for the morning breakfast. However, it is only a short drive to the cafe located of the road you drive to the bubble. We stopped there on our way home for breakfast. The bubble is setup of for cooking and the owners have thought of everything.

The location is just amazing and we saw several eagles but also the ever changing views of the capertee valley was beautiful. The property has walking tracks and sheep grazing near the bubble was a treat.

We also loved the iPad setup with playlists that really was so relaxing. Yes their is mobile coverage but we shut our phones off (except for the many photo opps) and really took time out from the busy world and felt so relaxed from doing so.

A bucket list item to do and would highly recommend this experience. We also experienced a bubble tent stay in Iceland, yes it was awesome due to the Aurora, but this bubble tent Australia hands down beats the setup in Iceland. It is so much better equipped, so much more cosy and very warm and the bath outside so so good.

Love our stay will be back in the furture

Thanks Sonny and Mayu keep up the good work.

Room Tip: The Virgo has a fire heated tub outside.......believe the other bubbles will get ones installed soon.

My son and daughter purchased me a night in the Bubble Tent as an “experience”. They booked it for June to coincide with a trip to Mudgee. It is the best tent I’ve stayed in, bed was comfortable and the tent had a wooden floor, attached toilet and kitchen facilities on the adjoining deck.
To get to the tent you have to traverse some dirt roads that are rocky in places, no problems for our Mazda CX-5 but smaller cars with lower ground clearance could struggle. Being winter we brought warm clothing, thermal underwear and two sleeping bags that open out into a Doona. I’m glad we did, my wife really feels the cold and we used all those items. At night it did get very cold, though during the day when the sun was out it was warm inside the bubble. We decided not to cook but just brought cheese, crackers and cold cuts. These were much easier to eat in the tent with a nice bottle of wine.
I wasn’t able to get the telescope working unfortunately, I did enjoy watching the stars though.

This experience exceeded our expectations by a long shot!!
We stayed in "Virgo" and everything was just amazing.
The bubble concept is fascinating and we were lucky enough to be there on full moon and cloudless skies.
The view from every aspect is spectacular..........even from the bath tub.
They have thought of (almost) everything to make you stay comfortable and special.
A few little "extras" would be handy though eg paper towels for spills, the fire lighter didn't work but we had plenty of matches, the umbrella over the daybed was broken, the coffee table outside was very wobbly and unstable so our stuff needed to be on the floor, there was no egg lift, timber skewers for the supplied marshmallows would have been great too. And a BIG help would have been for the bubble sunshade clamps to be numbered so you knew which way to put it back on at the end of your stay.
But all in all I highly recommend this as a bucket list item :-)
