called in for a meal on Saturday night passing through food was good and plenty of it after dinner we decide to stay for a drink nice bar area bit small the only thing was someone decide to bring a very large rottweiler dog which took up a lot of space by the bar and we had trouble stepping over it to get out and get to the bar surely this is a health and safety issue as well as not being very hygienic were they are serving food

We stayed the night for the opening of our friend's micropub. It was perfect for our needs. We had the bestest, friendliness lady to greet us in the morning for breakfast. The breakfast was particularly taste.

Thanks for everything xx

Recently stayed at the White bear in Shipston on Stour. We chose there because we were having a tour of the Cotswold Distillery near by! The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing too much trouble for them. It was an overnight stay and we were given a room on the top floor with en-suite,digital TV, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities! The room was clean and tidy although in need of some TLC in places! We ate on the evening after our tour of the Distillery, the food was excellent and they would accommodate any specific food requests. On the whole a very enjoyable stay and a very nice area too! Oh and yes would recommend Roy the taxi driver who’s number we were given by the hotel. He was a gentleman and a star....

7 of us ate last night and food was excellent, from the fish and chips, to the gammon and the pie! As for the crepe Suzettes.......will definitely be eating here again, friendly efficient service AND great food, what more could you want?
