In the past I have visited and recommended people to visit this dining and cinema experience .
I stopped eating here not because of the lovely food but of the service which was extremely slow .
My friend and I bought our tickets after we had reserved them online.Ordered our drinks to take in and bought our nibbles .We were quite shocked at the appearance of the untidiness and dirty seating .The seat I had looked like icecream had been dropped on it .Im visiting next week again I hope it's cleaner .

Arrived on Sunday with no booking but was warmly greeted by a lovely young woman and a table found. Within a minute or two of sitting down (children iss had their coats on) a male waiter asked for our order, I explained we'd only just arrived and could he give us five minutes. Having decided we waited 15 mins for someone to take the order, in the end I had to ask another male staff if we could place an order.

He was really nice and sent over the 1st chap, who took our order.

40 mins (yes 40) the food arrived but it took so long we chased our order, as we were worried we'd been forgotten, especially since others arriving after us were eating.

The food arrived and was really nice! Jacket potato was great and really generous portions. However our Veg sausage cob turned out to be meat. The female waitress who brought our food, went back to the kitchen and returned confirming it was meet and that Veg had not been noted on the order "doesn't say vegetarian on the order" no apology just a hint of irritation in her voice. I explained we had defiantly ordered veggie. She agreed to change and said it would only be 5 mins. 15 mins later it arrived but sadly the rest of the party had eaten their main.

So lovely location

Lovely décor

Really lovely food

Mixed customer service, some staff welcoming, respectful, and professional. Others left us feeling that pointing out their mistake was an irritation, plus not being able to eat together was such a shame. I had three children who wanted to move on to pudding before the final member of the party had received her main. So took the two little ones out of the restaurant for ice-cream

I would go back but would love to see a change in the speed food arrives, or guidance on how long it would take and the attitude of some staff.

We booked the film and food deal. The food was nice and the service was friendly and efficient. Very easy to book online. We were in the little cinema for our film. It was very comfortable. We enjoyed our evening. Would definitely consider doing this again.

Had heard good reviews from friends so very disappointed to go into the Cinema and find it uncleaned from previous performance. Empty soft drink bottles, sticky sweets and papers on seats which we had to move before sitting down. Staff not very concerned or understanding of the issues. First and last visit!

Easy to book......lovely location.....great connection between cinema and dinning area. Cinema small but inviting. Dinning area tight and a little uncomfortable......some of the starters were not great......service could do with being more professional......you can order and take things trough to the cinema......bar if you wish.......our service was not timed right - we had to keep asking to try to get in on time to cinema.....our night was just ok but it has some thing and when they get it right it could be very good.
