We enjoyed our stay, and Michael was a most helpful host. The rooms were nicely modernised. Breakfast was very good !
The B&B is very convenient, being only 5 minutes walk to all shops, pubs & restaurants, and 10 minutes to the beach and Farne Island Boat trips. Bus stops both ways are very close.

We stayed for 4 nights in the salmon room. Very well furnished with comfortable bed and a settee. Ample pillows and cushions. The bathroom has a sunken bath with overhead shower which is excellent. There is also a hand shower if needed. There is a small sitting out area accessed either from the bedroom or bathroom. The cooked breakfasts were very good with kippers or smoked haddock if preordered on top of your cooked breakfast. Michael is a great host who is a local with lots of helpful suggestions. So pleased we stayed in this B&B which is very convenient for walking to all amenities.

Our first time in Northumberland and what a treat. Michael and Sarah could not have done more to make us welcome. Our room was originally decorated, very spacious and comfortable - the bathroom was a really lovely surprise. There was a huge choice of breakfast options and all were delicious. Advice on the local attractions was also very welcome and helped us to make decisions on our excursions that enhanced our holiday. The town of Seahouses was a great base to explore from.Thank you so much.

Farne Island B&B is perfectly located for ease of exploring Seahouses and the surrounding area, including boat trips to the Farne Islands, stunning beaches and historic Lindisfarne. It was extremely clean and comfortable, with a good choice for breakfast (local jam and fresh fruit every day) and nice touches like the fresh milk in the fridge in the lobby and wine glasses in the bedroom. Michael and his partner couldn't have been more welcoming and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is very convenient; the quality and choice of food at breakfast is first class and both our room and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean. Plus there were little touches like wine glasses in the bedroom, fresh milk in a fridge downstairs and the huge, soft towels which made the stay all the more enjoyable.
