Was so excited for our stay at No 6 as the reviews and pictures looked fantastic, the property did not disappoint!
We were a party of 4 adults (two seperate couples) with a 21 month old child. We also had family stay with us two nights with a 5 year old, we all had a fantastic stay! All windows look over the sea which was a real bonus, the views were fantastic!
Ground floor bedroom is very spacious with a generous sized en-suite and TV. The master bedroom is super spacious with a superking bed and TV (which isn't advertised on the website so was a bonus!) The Juliet balcony was a great feature but doesn't have a hook/wedge to hold open. The smallest of the bedrooms is still a good size and the beds were very comfy! All rooms had loads of storage and big windows, The sound of the ocean and sea breeze was great when trying to sleep.
The family bathroom was a lovely size and the jacuzzi bath was a hit with everyone, For a property of such high standard I think the exposed pipes under the sink could be boxed in and hidden, but that really is me nit-picking and is just a pet hate of mine!
The living area was stunning, very spacious, fantastic views and furnished so well. The window seats were a lovely feature and the seating was great. The mezzanine was a lovely little quiet space! Kitchen had everything you need and all was easy to work.
We had our 21 month old child with us and was a bit worried about all the stairs but it wasn't a problem for us, she is confident on stairs but it may not be suitable for a younger child who can crawl/walk out the door but is wobbly on stairs. There is a lot of knick-knack breakable items in the property which caught her eye a lot, but thankfully nothing got broken! There is no travel cot provided, but there was a highchair.
Berwick is a very pretty town, lovely walks and nice places to eat, would recommend Limoncello and The Leaping Salmon. We've had a fantastic holiday and was sad to leave Berwick and No 6, We will definately be back soon!
Beautiful house with gorgeous views. House has all you need. Just a few minutes walk from main streets but set in quiet location overlooking the water. Elderly or young children may find stairs a problem but otherwise can't fault this house.

I stayed here for 6 nights as part of a party of six and loved every part of it. The views from the central living area and both of the bedrooms on the first floor are wonderful. It was brilliant falling asleep with a sea breeze drifting through the window and the sound of the waves helping us doze off. The beds were comfortable and the bed linen smelt wonderful. We stayed in the smallest room, which was still spacious. The bathroom on the first floor was clean and well stocked with cleaning products in case they're required. The Jacuzzi bath was very relaxing and an extra bonus added to a relaxing holiday. There was always hot water for baths and the shower was also lovely. The central living area on the top floor was very spacious, with an open plan living room and kitchen. The instructions to use the kitchen equipment were straight forward. Be aware that the fridge sometimes looks closed when it's still open. An added bonus was the bookcase full of all different types of books to keep people of all ages and interests occupied. This accommodation is around a two minute walk from the pier and 20 minutes from the train station, which takes you straight to Edinburgh. All in all a brilliant stay and would definitely come back and recommend to all.
