Be prepared for a walk when visiting here! If you follow the road down to the beach its beautiful - the houses and cottages are so pretty leading to the beach which is lovely!
Definatley worth a visit!

If you are in the area you must visit Robin Hoods Bay, it is a real gem. So picturesque, lovely little streets and alleyways, shops and a beautiful beach. It isn’t too easy to get down the many steps but it is certainly worth the effort. Children will love the rock pools and beach and grown ups will find plenty of seats to sit and watch the world go by.

We came here for a few hours, we had a lovely walk along the beach, the path and ramp down to the beach are steep so you would need to be careful and wear shoes with a good grip. The beach has many Rock pools and rocks to walk across, when we were walking little bits of the cliff were crumbling and fell on to the rocks. There is lots of seaweed washed up on the beach, this was very wet, but easy to walk across, there are a few pubs and cafes, so you could make half a day of it at most. Dogs are allowed on the beach between October and March.
