“Peaceful haven”
Reviewed 15 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

This makes a great base for exploring surrounding area. It is very well equipped and comfortable, Every detail is taken care of and lovely welcoming touches await. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms are also roomy and well appointed. We were lucky enough to have some lovely sunshine allowing us to enjoy breakfast each morning on the patio. A very relaxing environment.

“Excellent accommodation”
Reviewed 6 April 2015 for a stay in April 2015

This converted stables is done to a high standard. The log fire was great for our friends and us to sit and chat in the evening . It has everything you could want - dishwasher, washing machine, large fridge freezer. In a beautiful setting but close to the centre of Filey.

“Fabulous!”
Reviewed 18 February 2015 for a stay in February 2015

Fabulous location off the main road and just steps away from the clifftops of the Cleveland way (we saw deer in the field behind the property), stunning spacious property with all the facilities you need and lovely furnishings including a real log fire... Great for dog owners as no carpets to worry about! A few minutes in the car to Filey or a lovely cliff top walk. Absolutely recommended!

“Stay here, you won't be disappointed.”
Reviewed 15 August 2014 for a stay in August 2014

Just returned from staying at The Stables. It is exactly as described. Modern stylish and very clean and comfortable making it a very pleasant place to stay.
Would advise car due to location but only short drive into Filey.

“A relaxing break”
Reviewed 28 June 2014 for a stay in June 2014

Comfortable ,roomy and clean accommodation in a quiet, rural setting not far from town and beach.A car is advisable. The furnishings are modern and there is an easy to light log fire should you need it.We were pleased to see tea, coffee and milk there on our arrival .The owners are pleasant and helpful and we would definitely stay there again. It may be helpful to know the A1039 makes a loop through Filey from the A165.Newbiggin Farm is on the left hand side of the A1039 as it approaches Filey from the northern roundabout of theA165
