My husband and I visited with our 20 month old little girl and we received an extremely warm welcome from both Matt and Heather. Little things like leaving fresh milk in the room and duplo bricks for Emma to play with made our visit so much easier. Thank you! Emma loved her three course breakfast each morning and so did we! The guesthouse is spotlessly clean and very comfortable with everything you need for a family getaway. Thank you so much we will be back.

Immaculate guesthouse. Warm welcome from Matt & Heather. Lovely big room on top floor which was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Fabulous breakfasts especially enjoyed the local sausages and Matt makes perfect poached eggs. A big tick for us! Had a great stay over the bank holiday weekend and the sun shone for our entire break. Also came back from our walk one day to find home made cake left in our room for us. Delicious 😄. Will definitely return again.

My husband and I took our two grandchildren away for a couple of days to the seaside. The welcome we received from Matt and Heather was superb. They were great with the boys too. The room was at the top of the house. We can't fault the B&B it was superb and the hospitality from Matt and Heather was fantastic. The breakfast was so tasty. We can't wait to go back

Beautiful guest house. Greeted with homemade cake and a lovely warm welcome from hosts Matt and Heather. This guest house is in a great position in Filey. Great big beds with luxury bedding. Very clean and you can see lots of TLC has gone into this house. 5 star breakfast the following morning. We will be back. Thank you Heather and Matt

I stayed in the ground floor small double which was perfect for me as a sole traveller but would be fine for a couple too. Everything was just great, from the fresh decor, the comfy bed to the lovely bathroom. I couldn't fault it. It's the small touches too like the home made cake to welcome your arrival that means you know the owners are trying to make you feel welcome. I was also grateful for the advice on where to go etc, really good to have that local knowledge. Breakfast was first class, high quality produce cooked beautifully. I will definitely be back.
