Nice comfy rooms, nice bathroom, comfy beds. Regular at premier inns. Location is convenient, not on a main road, quiet surroundings. Price we paid was abit too much for a premier inn but it had to be booked due to location alone and circumstances. Would stay here again if i found a cheaper offer

Best hotel up north. Excellent sevrvice and staff. The rooms are amazing. The wifi is quick. Beds are comfy. Usb leads to charge your devices. The pub across from it is very good value for money friendly staff

If you are in Burnley this is a nice convenient place to stay. Lot of eating and places to walk near-by. Staff were very helpful. Rooms good size. No hand-held shower. But the shower they had was 'ok' for a short trip.

The hotel itself is typical of most Premier Inns. A good night sleep but I would be wary if I was staying in a room near the stairs just because the corridor floors creak. Thankfully in my compartment there wasnt much in the way of footfall. So no real complaints about the hitel. But eat elsewhere. The Brewers Fayre is disgusting. Once you are lucky enough to find a table thats been cleaned you will possibly be served by someone who doesnt know how to deliver service with a smile. Add this to the fact the food is 'ping' food and bizarre. Haddock fish cake with cheese but no mention of cheese on the menu. Why is there cheese in a fish cake. Its bad enough that it has little or no actual fish in it. And those chips. Where did they come from? The waste bin in B and Q's wood section? Asian noodles that are in no way a taste of the stunning continents cuisine. And then there are the flies. Especially at breakfast. Being next to a canal, they suffer from flies. Maggot laying flies. And they are everywhere. On the food. On the bread. On the cups. On the fruit. NOTHING is even covered up. They fly on the fresh wet summer fruit and are totally free to lay their lava as they please. I cannot believe environmental health have not had a word.
So summing up. I'd stay in the hotel again. But that was my last ever visit to a Brewers Fayre EVER.
