Myself and some friends rented this property for a weekend to celebrate my partners birthday.
The house was lovely and staff at the hotel opposite were very attentive. Only a 15 minute walk to the ferry/town centre.
Thoroughly enjoyable little trip!

“Amazing place to chill out and have fun with mates”

The house is really lovely and the staff at the hotel across the road who run the house are very accomodating and friendly. They even gave us a lift down to Cowes when we could not get a taxi. The house itself is charming and has lots of interesting features. The rooms are good sizes and it is really nice to find somewhere which has mostly singles rather than doubles so groups of friends can stay rather than couples. We loved it so much we talked about coming back every year.

A group of us were taking part in the Ultra Challenge on the Island to walk all around the coastal path in two days. We needed a place to fit all 12 of us, feed us and sleep us. This was perfect. The beds were comfortsble, the bathrooms lovely and the lounge, dining and kitchen areas perfect for us. The staff at the hotel were great - left us to it, but were there if we needed. Thank you. We loved the house. Loads of space inside and out and plenty of parking.

“Lovely gem”

We were a group of 4 couples with 5 children and we had an amazing Easter weekend at the little Orchard. There is ample parking for 4 big cars. The house was well equipped with all the amenities and more. There was a pantry which was stocked with basic necessities in case you forgot to get some of your own, which I thought was a great touch. Great view of the sea from most of the bedrooms. The garden is huge and kids had a great time exploring. Would definitely recommend this place.

“A restful spot with character ideal for a group up to 12”

Good sized house with a two tier garden safe for children, Parking for up to 4 cars at a squeeze and walking distance into west Cowes. We have 12 in our party of which 5 were 15 years or younger. The kitchen has an Aga cooker and all the utensils you need. Linen, beds, and bathrooms were clean. The interior was a little 'shabby' but this added for character and is very much representative of the Isle of Wight being a little stuck in time. Good place to stay and served well as a base for rest and soicalising
