“Lovely cottage, perfect for families”
Reviewed 3 May 2017 for a stay in April 2017

We spent a long weekend here and just loved it. This is a charming, well equipped cottage with gorgeous, enclosed gardens in the back and front. We took full advantage of the gardens--our son used the trampoline, we used the barbecue and had delightful dinners out at the picnic table. A short walk brings you to a beautiful church with lots of history, and just a few steps from the house is a farm stand where you deposit coins into a little box in exchange for fresh produce. The surrounding countryside is beautiful, and the beach is just a 10 minute drive away. We also discovered that Sainsburys delivers there, so we were able to arrange to have a full supply of groceries as soon as we arrived. Finally, the neighbors are very nice, and were even kind enough to lend us a toddler potty after we discovered that we had forgotten ours. Natalie and Keith sent us ample information about the house and the surrounding area before we arrived, and responded to my queries about the property with patience and grace. :)

“A lovely cottage in a beautiful part of England.”
Reviewed 7 September 2016 for a stay in August 2016

We had a lovely 2 week holiday in this spacious cottage. Myself and 5 year old twin boys were there with grandparents for the first week and dad for the second and all of us had a great time. The boys loved the large garden and conservatory/playroom. The adults all appreciated the cool interior during hot weather and loved eating outside with the bbq.

There was so much to do near by too. Lovely beaches, castles, nature reserves, walking, farm shops and even a camel farm!

“Lovely place to stay”
Reviewed 25 May 2016 for a stay in May 2016

Very comfortable and homely cottage, with a modern twist. Keith and Natalie kept me fully informed throughout. Lots of places nearby to visit, the little roadside egg and veg stand at the front of the cottage was handy, the eggs were very big and tasty. Gardens private and beautiful. Comfy beds!

“Great house, great location.”
Reviewed 11 November 2015 for a stay in October 2015

Had a great week, our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 young granddaughters. The rooms were very spacious and well laid out giving us all plenty of space to relax with everything you could possibly need for a home from home experience, we even enjoyed good weather so the little ones got to play in the garden and on the trampoline.perfect place for visiting Southwold, Great Yarmouth, Lowestoft, and Oasis camel park a must and only 15 minutes away. Thanks to Natalie for ease of booking and for good cottage guide and arrival instructions.

“Fabulous family holiday”
Reviewed 5 September 2015 for a stay in August 2015

We had a week in this lovely family friendly house, with some of our children and grandchildren, with others popping up for visits. This holiday was all we hoped it would be, precious family time away from work and school...........crabbing in Walberswick, walking on the heath at Dunwich, shopping in Southwold, tea in Aldeburgh and much more. Will definitely go again.
