What an amazing cottage! Everything that you ever need to make a wonderful holiday they have thought of! Bedding gorgeous, bathroom wonderful, one of the most cleanest holiday cottages we have ever stayed in! Close to all amenities, high street and beach,to be able to park your car-what a bonus especially in Sheringham! Our dog lexi has loved it,after a busy day on beach she has come home and fallen asleep, so has my dad!Thank you for letting us share your beautiful cottage,we will be in touch shortly to book another holiday next year, many thanks Tracy and Family

“Home from home with a touch of class!”
Reviewed 8 July 2015 for a stay in July 2015

What a wonderful property, everything you could possibly need was catered for along with little touches to give that special homely feeling! A short walk to the beach and town made it the perfect location. Dogs settled straight away which normally takes them a couple of days so they must have also found it home from home!!!! We were really sad to leave and will definitely be back....hopefully later in the year!

“Beautiful house in a beautiful location.”
Reviewed 6 July 2015 for a stay in June 2015

We stay in Sheringham at least once a year. My husband's family have a connection due to his Nan being evacuated to Sheringham during World War 2. We both love Sheringham, the location, the people and the relaxing atmosphere of being by the sea. Kit's Beck didn't disappoint or let us down. It is a beautiful house, with everything that you need. A short walk from the sea front and it truly is a home from home. Mark and Micky made us feel so welcome and couldn't apologise enough when the dishwasher broke - in my mind these things happen, but Mark was straight over and apologised with a bottle of champagne, it hardly entered our minds all week as we couldn't have enjoyed our trip any more. The house is spacious and filled with everything you may have forgotten. The bathroom is light and airy with a brilliant shower. We will be back again in the future - this time three of us rather than two!!! :-) Thank you again Mark and Micky - we can't wait till next year.

Thank you so much for taking the time to write your lovely review of Kit's Beck. It was lovely to meet you all!

I was so pleased to read that you enjoyed your stay and wanted to thank you once again for your understanding regarding the broken dishwasher. I was mortified when I realised we couldn't fix it in time for your arrival! I am pleased to report that then new one is now in place and is working fine.

I look forward to welcoming the three (!) of you back to Sheringham and Kit's Beck soon.

All good wishes
Mark.

“Super Sheringham Base”
Reviewed 9 June 2015 for a stay in June 2015

Kit's Beck is well located within Sheringham and as a base for exploring North Norfolk. The accomodation has tasteful decor and is equipped to a high standard. Mark, the owner, communicated very effectively and responsively. Marshmallows and coffee/ tea on arrival and a lovely bunch of Roses on the Kitchen Table.....We enjoyed visiting nearby Sheringham Park and Felbrigg Hall (both dog friendly),also the walks to the top of Beeston Hill and along the cliffs adjacent to the golf club. One last piece of advice: make sure you visit Byfords in Holt for brekkie, brunch, lunch or evening meal........salads excellent for take out lunches too!

“Good getaway”
Reviewed 5 April 2015 for a stay in March 2015

Excellent place to stay as the house was exceptionally clean and well appointed. Our grandchildren loved it. The owner was very quick to answer any queries. Loved being within walking distance of town, shops and sea. So much to do in the area will have to return to continue exploring. We enjoyed the steam train, Blakeney Point, Muckleburgh Tank Museum and National Trust Properties. Real gems were the Lifeboat Museum at Cromer and Peter Cokes Shell Museum in Sheringham.
