We stayed there just for a day. Goid ambience and very nice staff. Rooms get ckeaned twice daily because if the dragged in sand drom the beach. Directly connected to the beach. Breakfast is good but could be better in terms of choice. Sometime monkeys come to the balcony. Be careful as one of them attacked me. Tell the guards to accompany you if your room is on the extreme end of the right-wing towards the lawn. Rest the hotel is a very pleasant stay. If you are hiring taxi from this Hotel ensure to get a good driver. I hired an Innova and the driver drove very rash and had to undergo a lot of stress and near misses on the road.

This hotel is the best in Puri. On the Bay of Bengal, the grounds are gorgeous. The hotel and area are quiet and perfect for rejuvenation. And the manager Mr. Biraja Dhal is the best and most accommodating hands on always...manager! My vacation here was wonderful!

It is a nice and cool resort, also among the best resort in Puri. They have a well maintained garden which can be used for any functions. A pretty good swimming pool(6ft max depth) with a kids pool. Staffs are very friendly. Foods are tasty and well cooked.

Room tip: Take pool view rooms.

Right at the end of the Beach, by the Lighthouse; this hotel has an extremely peaceful environment. It is away from the busy (and noisy) areas. The Jagannath Temple is 7-8 minutes away from here. One can take an Auto-rickshaw ride to the temple for approx INR 100.

The hotel is right across the beach, with just one road separating the two. The location of the hotel gives its guests a semi-private beach experience by default as the crowd does not come to this end. That being said, there is no problem of safety or recreation as there are lifeguards, the food stalls with yummy 'chaat items' and ice-cream trolleys!

The rooms here are very good; spacious and really comfortable. The hotel is well maintained and neat in its entirety. The swimming pool here is probably the best in Puri. We were very satisfied with the Spa services as well; the massage can melt away all the pain after a long day which includes travel, temple visits and beach fun.

The Hotel also has a TT table and a good collection of books for its guests. But, it is the food here that gives Hans Coco an edge. We tried a variety of dishes and all were delightful! **Dear Fellow Vegetarians, Do try the Chef's Special Pizza**

The staff is very co-operative and ready to address any issue quickly. The Room Service here is quick and does not leave any scope for complaints.

Good for families; a very comfortable stay!

Room tip: Although a bit expensive and not available easily, the suite is something a couple or a family with young kids will not want to miss.

Strengths the hotel had which have now become their weaknesses

1. Staff unfriendly n not very trained.there was a time when they had the best staff..n
2. Degrading room amenities with no changes in any of them.curtains sheets furniture setting very old to the extent of looking ragged.
3. Hotel check out policy of 8 am.the moment you check in staff will b after Ur life reaffirming that you have to check out at 8 am..whichever day u r leaving..infact they will come outside Ur room in some cases if it's delayed by 2-3 hours due to some reasons..
