Beech is so cold and watering to enjoy in both summer and winter & mansoon season for family friends etc....

Balighai Beach is located on Puri Konark Marine drive Road. It is a sea beach on Bay of Bengal. Much famous for the olive ridley turtles and for the migrating birds. It is usually seen in the winter season. Boat riding is available here. Water skiing is also available.

Adjacent to beach is situated Kriya mission ashram .quiet calm place ,visit ashram an 1/2 hour drive from puri on way to Konark sun temple

It is a pristine sea beach on Bay of Bengal, on the confluence of Nuanai river of Orissa. It is located North East of Puri, on Puri Konark Marine drive Road.  Olive Ridley Turtles visit Balighai beach during December, January to lay eggs plus many migratory birds can be seen during winter months. Here boat riding with water skiing and parasailing facilities are available for tourists. It's a place of tourist interest in Puri.

This place is very different from Puri beach. It's secluded and cleaner and beautiful. It's actually a point where a river meets the sea. We were hoping to see some deers as our cab driver had told us that they can be seen here, but we didn't. We did see some peacocks in the distance though
