What a great shame good food ruined.Had a voucher with 30% discount to try under new management.
Being a Monday lunchtime attendance was poor.
Still NO excuse to have following problems aone had to be subjected to:all plates cold-when we mentioned it@1300 employee at carvery suddenly was seen switching power on-BIG deal/choice of 3 meats (under wraps)-but tepid when sat down-despite overhead electric heaters/abundance of veg-again tepid when sat down/bubbling gravy-not controlled/stuffing was very weird square blocks that looked weird in what really made of.
When sat down cauliflower had loads of stalk and had to leave as all too hard to cut.
Such a shame this simple meal ruined by lack of attention by kitchen staff.
Will not be going back with 2nd voucher!!
Billed as Pevensey-which miles away; but in reality Stone Cross more accurate.
In need of a quick shake-up as sad to witness lack of care.
