Great for a short stay to go to Chester zoo and shopping. Room is clean and tidy. Staff friendly and really helpful couldn't help enough. Only problem was the heat in the room. Was extremely hot but was warned n told this as we checked in. Could do with air con!! Only draw back!!

pre booked, arrived and the travel lodge was clean, tidy and the room also. every thing worked it was a warm evening and there was a fan in the room to use. bed was great and clean linen provided with a duvet if needed.
all in all worth it to stay if doing some thing in the area. pre book early enough and you can get discounts too

Stayed overnight on business and couldn’t fault it. New rooms and quiet too with windows that actually open! Perfect spot if you want an evening out too as place is surrounded by restaurants but also bowling and a cinema and the designer outlet is walking distance from the hotel. Great nights stay had by me!

This hotel was perfectly located for shopping at the designer outlet, eating out and for visiting Chester Zoo. The free parking was a plus and the 10% off in designer outlets although wish we had known about this before checking in on the day. The temperature of the room was a little hot, but a fan was provided. Standard hotel, reasonably priced and ideal for 1 night stay.

We stayed one night as a stopover enroute and you can’t complain in some respects, less than £50 for a room that was clean, a friendly and helpful lady on reception and the location is ideal. The only thing that let it down was the temperature of the room was just stifling. I appreciate the efforts of the staff closing the curtains and opening the window prior to our arrival and it’s fair to say that this is all they could have done. I know the restricted window is a legal requirement and the fan was appreciated too. But, wow it was hot; so much so none of us slept particularly well. One for winter perhaps.
