Family holiday 2weeks all inc, very disappointed, should be stated before booking its a german hotel!!! Out of 300 odd rooms us and another English couple were the only English there, the breakfast is german catered for same bratwursts every morning kids lived off pancakes till they got sick of eating same thing all the time. The staff hardly understand English only the odd one does so hard to ask and explain things even the kids struggled at kids club.
The food was always undercooked and even off the fresh hot counter served pink and raw and we all had bad stomachs throughout the two weeks there! And the themed meals were repetitive over the two weeks, the ala carte is not for kids so had to miss out on that and if you like pizza and chips daily this is the place for you lol.
The pool very clean the rooms are spacious and quite good aircon the only downside is being stuck the lunar park end of the hotel which is booming loud from 5pm till 6am and weekends being the loudest even tho family rooms are supposed to be the opposite end facing the kids park!
We got woke up regularly for the last 4 nyts by a dog in a deluxe room opposite ours and when we rang reception at 2am with kids wide awake to be told sorry i don’t understand but we cannot do anything as the bosses wife is staying in that room so we can’t do anything!!!!!
Both kids had numerous bad tummies inc us adults with green diarrhoea wtf!!!!
Some of the bar staff in the restaurant were brilliant and had a laugh and always went one step further. Kids liked the free help yourself icecream and easy access to the beach.dissapointed holiday to be honest

Situated right on the seashore, we had a wonderful sunrise view from our room. It was a wonderful holiday. We will definitely return to this welcoming hotel. Thanks for courtesy and care for the guests.

After having a fantastic holiday last year in sunny beach staying at Club Bor, myself and my husband were looking forward to this years holiday. We had looked at hotels prior to leaving last year and decided that this was the best one for us.

Not 4* in my opinion, rooms were very basic and decor was very tired. I was dancing around the shower as it often went from boiling hot too freezing cold. Room was made up everyday. We had paid extra for a sea view and it was worth every last penny

This is the 1st all inclusive that I have ever been on that I have struggled to find something to eat, I am NOT a fussy eater by any means, but the food was bland, over cooked and cold. i did however enjoy the liver that was there.

We were aware that this was a German hotel prior to going so we were not surprised with the attitude of some of them and I have to say i adopted the policy of 'if you cant beat them join them'. Very few Brits in the hotel and all the entertainment was directed towards the Germans and not the English. Every day the boy doing the cocktail games would walk right by and not once were we asked to participate.

Towels on beds at 7 inthe mornig despite signs saying not too. I would sit on my balcony in the morning and watch the military operation of some of them collecting there beds, tables parasols etc. 6 Germans did however 'steal' ,y brolly but i soon got it back to their amazement.

We have heard that the hotel is being done up this year and will no longer be taking British tourists!!!!! If this is true i would think that this is discrimination, but up too them.

Sunny beach is a great place for a great holiday/

Room tip: Sea view rooms are quieter

My husband and I stayed here for a week, if you like Germans this is the places to stay we were out numbered 100 to 2 and it's clear that's who they cater for, hotel itself is tidy and right on the beach and very near the centre, food takes a lot to be desired, personally I think Thomas Cook should consider taking this hotel of there list

Just got back from a weeks stay with another 5 ladies. Hotel in an ideal situation with lots of shops at the front door. Our rooms were on floor 6 with beautiful views over the sea and looking over towards old Nessabar.
The rooms are big and plenty storage space. Bathroom has a decent shower. Everything was spotless. Towels changed everyday.
The whole hotel was kept prestene. We found the majority of the staff were very friendly and helpful.
The food was always cold unless you managed to be there when they put out fresh. A bit repetitive. Always plenty salad, the waitresses were very quick taking away your plates, you had to watch them.
99 % German tourists which is fine, but entertainment was poor and all built round the Germans.
This is the first time we've been all inclusive and have had to pay for cocktails. All drinks had to be paid for in the lobby bar. Not surprised It was always empty. But at least you could sit down on the sofas with your drinks from the free bars away from the noise.
From the poolside you could walk down to the sea. There was a good supermarket next to the hotel.
The first day we arrived it was almost impossible to get a sun lounger. Our balcony looked down on to the pool area and people were putting towels down at 6:30 , so if you cannot beat them join them.
Went to old Nessabar on the trolley/train which was great fun. You have to change trains at Nessabar to get to the old town, but once there it's beautiful, really worth a visit. We went back a second time and took the water taxi.
Took an organised bus trip to the Blue Mountains a long day but it was worth while as there were stops along the way.

Room tip: The sea views are magnificent.
