We were greeted with cheerful smiles and warm cookies as we came in the door. Rooms were clean well kept. Breakfast was awesome. The chef was so friendly and helpful. Erica was so attentive and gave us great suggestions of things to do around town.Ecey and Sabina also eager to help me navigate the town. Because of my experience and excellent customer service I will be coming back to this hotel when I return to Raleigh in August.

The room was clean and tidy. The bathroom is small but fine. The AC was a bit loud, but it cooled the room fine. The location for dealings with NC State was ideal. This was our second stay, and we will most likely stay here again.

Proximity to NC State was great! However, rooms had an unusual odor that triggered my allergies. Not sure if it was smoke/mold/mildew. HVAC and water pipes should be cleaned/flushed more frequently.
Staff was phenomenal.

The customer service at this hotel was impeccable. Everyone was extremely accommodating. I would stay here again. The food from the restaurant was also very good. Not like other hotel restaurants where the food is packaged and heated in a microwave.

We stayed at this hotel last year and this years experience was much better. Our room was ready, clean and the furniture was in good condition. Breakfast was great. The only issues were there were very small ants in the room and the air conditioning unit is old. The unit was cooling but the room was still very humid.
