Driving up to RiverDance started off this amazing few days we had there. We first got to look on the lower porch at the million dollar view which was simply breath taking. I cannot say enough about the views they have. Our rooms were beautiful, very fresh and clean and the most comfortable beds (which is very important to me). We were able to be there with just the 6 of us so felt like it was our private B&B. Jay, who treated us to the most delicious, nutritious breakfasts, was such a gracious host. He was there but it was like he was invisible. We hope to be able to stay there again one day!! We did not stay long enough!! Thank you so much Jay!!! Not to mention we loved Marley, the adorable resident dog :)!!!

This was our first time at a B&B and we weren’t exactly sure what it would be like. I must say we were amazed. Gorgeous view, beautiful house, great breakfast, and fantastic hosts. Callie and her husband made us feel very welcome. We could not have asked for a better experience.. if you’re looking to unplug and relax then this is your place. We were so impressed that we have already booked another visit and we are bringing our friends with us. Marley the dog was awesome too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

We were four women coming to Hot Springs to celebrate a special birthday. The Lodge was very comfortable and spotless with a wonderful view from large windows and decks. All desired amenities were provided including an open invitation to Callie's kitchen! Callie herself couldn't have been more helpful, checking frequently to be sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was delicious with flexible timing.

Room Tip: We had two bedrooms with one including a small kitchen and living room opening onto the deck. Really nice arrangement for us.

My sisters, niece and I stayed in this lovely bed and breakfast this past weekend. What a beautiful place to relax and get away from it all. We had a whole floor of the house, two bedrooms, a bath, family room with kitchenette and huge deck to relax in privately as well as the main floor where we could wander and have breakfast. Callie and Dave were wonderful hosts, always concerned with our comfort. Our breakfasts were great, the food and community with the other guests in the house. We could not have asked for a more lovely location!

Room Tip: Bottom floor had a huge deck and direct access to the cars/driveway

Spectacular home nestled on the side of a mountain looking down upon a river. Make your way to the back deck and take on the views of the mountains in front of you and the river below. Stay on that back deck and listen to the river....or go to your room and open the window...you can hear it. Lovely accommodations, gracious hosts. Yummy breakfasts!! Dave and Callie have and run a jewel in North Carolina. Works well for friends, families and hikers coming off the AT! Lastly, I must make mention of Marley. A sweet, gentle, loving dog ❤️.
