This is my second attempt to complete this survey. The command was to complete all the red boxes. There weren't any that I could notice. We enjoyed our experience at Esperanza and would gladly do it again. The only negative I could tell you about was the broken glass on the main dining table. Apparently it wasn't reported until the clean-up crew came in so there wasn't time to have it replaced. A couple of our family members were cut on the broken glass until we used band-aids to cover the broken edges. Other than that it was a lovely experience.
every room is well furnished, the kitchen is well stocked with every pot, pan, utensil, the elevator was great when bringing in luggage and groceries, load it on the garage level, send it to the floor you want. Emerald Isle Realty was simply the best to deal with. I do wish a floor plan had been available. It would have helped understanding the layout of this huge house.
