I don't know what it would be like for an extended stay, but an overnight was bad. Room cleanliness was minimal. Not even a drinking glass in the room. Had to go back to desk to request it. No ice machine. They told me to make my own in the freezer -- like I had hours to wait for it to freeze. Advertised breakfast is laughable: coffee and a small granola bar. What you supposedly save on room rate you pay for breakfast at a restaurant.

A lot better places to stay for less money. Room was because windows were open at check in, 90 plus degrees outside, poor housekeeping after playing $10 extra per day. They missed 2 out of 6 days. Bed cover had hairs on it, hot - cold controls in bathtub were backwards. 20 fewer tv channels than other hotels. Some staff didn't care, just putting their time in!

My room smelled like stale cigarettes and people by the pool blasting their radio for hours. Not good if you have a toddler trying to get them to sleep. With our situation we had few options. I would not recommend for a working family looking for a place to live short term.

We were just passing through and booked directly from their web site, which was cheaper than using aggregator sites. For the price, it was very good. Overall, it was standard fair. It had been recently renovated and was very nice in the room. The sheets and towels were on the cheap side but ok enough. The staff was clearly having to do double duty, as I had to wait 5 minutes or more for someone to show up at the desk. Even so, they were friendly and helpful. I'd stay there again.

Booked this hotel from Hotels.com website for one night stay on the way back from myrtle beach to columbus. The description said free continental breakfast however only breakfast bars & coffee for breakfast was available. Room itself was spacious and kitchen stove along with microwave & full refrigerator was a plus. Staff was welcoming & quickly attended to the request of utensils for kitchen. Overall the stay could have been better if the description was clearly listed however it seems that's the issue is with hotels.com & not hotel itself as there own website clearly lists as grab n go breakfast.

Although your stay with us was positive, we strive for above average for our guests. We appreciate your comments about our complimentary grab and go breakfast, and you are correct, the websites do not have an option for grab and go. We never want to mislead our guests, we apologize our offerings were not to your expectations. Our guests which do not have breakfast in their fully equipped kitchen typically find our breakfast bars, muffins, hot cereal, coffee and tea a perfect solution and a value add. Now that you are a bit more familiar with our hotel and our brand, we hope to be your hotel and brand of choice during your travels.
