Wonderful staff; helpful and welcoming. Beautiful room. Great place to stay and a brilliant start to our honeymoon. Bed was super comfy. Jon, a man of many roles was great. Friendly service and a wonderful manner. He made the best cosmopolitans!

Excellent hotel, great beds, with breakfast included and made to order delicious omelettes. In the heart of their downtown/uptown area near so many really nice restaurants and other things to do. We went on the ghost tour of the historic district it was so much fun.

This hotel is close to medical facilities in Center City Charlotte. Clean and reasonably up to date with nice lounge and breakfast area... free breakfast. Hotel valet parking for $40/night, but not much more expensive than open street parking in nearby lots. Staff is friendly, efficient and helpful. Lots of eateries and tings to do in walking distance. Safe, clean and reasonable room rates.

Hard NO. I’m currently staying in this hotel. I used points. I absolutely love Hyatt hotels. Never had one I didn’t like. This place is NOT good. Don’t let the pictures fool you. It’s a Motel 6 downtown. You either have to pay $40 a night for valet parking (this is not the type of hotel that would have valet parking) or you can park across the street in a sketchy parking lot for $30.
We’re on the 15th floor. The sink doesn’t drain. The shower curtain is about 8 inches too long so you have to move it out of the way of your feet. The carpet has holes. The room is just basic. They painted a wall in the bathroom royal blue?! What the? It’s just super cheap looking. Not the classy, clean rooms I’m used to from Hyatt. No USB ports to plug stuff in. Outdated.
The front staff guy who checked us in was nice but the hotel is just not what it appears online. Just know what you’re getting. I called Hyatt to cancel two of my four days so I can find something better.
Total bummer.
