The cabin is exactly as the pictures show and is well equipped, but the service from Blue Ridge properties is terrible. They provided the cleaning service which was terrible. Our sheets on the beds had dog hair on them and had not been changed. There were wet towels hanging in the bathroom and in the closet were used wash cloths. We tried to wash the towels only to find the dryer was not working. We called three times and finally received clean sheets and towels the next day. We also paid $50.00 for a load of wood, that was wet and a small load for the price. The next day, a load of wood was delivered and we were told that we should not have paid for wood. It was complimentary with the cabin. We also had to pay $200 for a wrecker to pull two four wheel drive vehicles out of the driveway. It was a solid sheet of ice. The wrecker service told us that was the second time they had been there that week. We feel the cabin is very nice, but will never rent again from Blue Ridge properties.
