We stayed in a beautiful room at the last floor, big, clean and with a very large bathroom. We especially appreciated the typical and comfortable beds. The hotel is close to the ferry port, but hidden from the chaos in a quiet courtyard. The view from the terrace is great, from where we enjoyed the breakfast. The staff was smiling and very friendly, especially with the kids.

Gorgeous place, close enough to to the busy Stone Town, yet in lazy ferry area. Fabulous quaint rooms, with features galore, comfortable and clean. Fantastic, engaging staff. The unique welcome drink set off the holiday so well. Cannot recommend this highly enough

Stone Town hotels are expensive and offer almost the same architectural design. Warere Town House will give u that at the best price with even discounts for prolonged stays , I give them ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ , Fast WiFi, Quiet environment, Very clean rooms, Spiced soap , and the management is very friendly. Thanks Warere

Had an amazing stay here over Christmas from the staff and my room it was amazing. Breakfast was great and it’s located just 10 minutes from Forodhani square which is great. The rates were also affordable during high season which is great. Came back with some friends three days later and they loved their room as well.

We stayed 4 nights at this lovely traditional hotel in Stone town.
Great authentic rooms with balcony and good shower.
The staff were helpful and friendly even arranging a taxi from Dar es Salaam to the airport.
Nice breakfast on the open roof terrace.
The hotel is close to the ferry terminal and about 15 minutes walk along the waterfront to the centre of Stone town.
The cost per night including breakfast about £50.
Highly recommended.
