REALIZING HOW VERY BUSY YOU ARE BUT -- so many issues disappointed us Not reception which excellent but thereafter so many issues indicate to us that Arabella was NOT a 5 star hotel -from the cigarette butts outside on our balcony to the almost impossibility of getting ice!! First night took 3 phone calls and 2 hours and second night another 3 phone calls and 2 hours! might i suggest an ice machine on every floor?!?! The most worrying issue was the fact fact that our door would not close properly because the door was fractured - who knows how! One had to really bash it hard to get it to close. My new bride was very saddened and disappointed that what i promised her did not not meet up with her expectations!!. I have been to the hotel in the past and was own away at all aspects - but the golf course was as great as ever!!
