Stayed here for 4 nights last week. Booked though Blue Chip Holidays who I've used before and always found them generally very good.
On looking at this destination on their site it looked perfect, nice price, perfect location to visit family, nice facilities.
On arrival, we found the heating was not working and no wifi (with two children and marketed as a family lodge) you would expect to have wifi, especially as it was on the bluechip holiday website. We rang the number that was given to us for any concerns. This actually rang the restaurant manager on their other park some 30 mins away who had never even been to where we were.
"Don't think the wifi is working yet" I asked why and where is it.... don't know sir. I also
Told the same last the heating not working... she said she would call a plumber!
Then the TV wouldn't work, no signal, freeview TV but constantly no signal...
Anyway I ended up ringing Bluechip who were apologetic and offered a £30 refund as I had to go and buy wifi.
Also, the hot water ran out twice on the 4th shower of the morning. I mean family lodges, and only 3 out of 4 people can have a hot shower.
It's such a shame as the lodge and setting are great (some building work going on but that's fine) the hot tub was amazing...
Just lacks a little attention to detail to ensure all is how it should be...
